Clients are patch tested prior to the first procedure to see if they my have any allergic reaction to the pigment or anaesthetic. 99.9% of people do not have any reaction at all.

How Long Does it Last?

Semi-Permanent Make-up should last for several years. Over that time the colour will fade and break down. It is suggested that you come back to us for a top up” procedure every 18 months/2 years to keep the look complete and fresh. A “top up” appointment is half the current full treatment price.

Will it hurt?

Some clients feel no discomfort at all – others feel minimal discomfort. We use topical anaesthetics to control pain tolerance. Clients say that having a procedure is similar to having their eyebrows plucked or their legs waxed. Once the procedure is complete there is no discomfort whatsoever.

How long will my look last?

Permanent cosmetic enhancement can last for many years dependent on many variables. Softer neutral enhancements tend to fade faster normally requiring a colour boost every 12 months to maintain their fresh appearance.

What will I look like immediately after my procedure?

After a procedure the area treated will be darker, more intense. This will last for a few days until the area exfoliates and the true colour emerges. Generally it is only you who notices the darker colour. If anaesthetic is used you may swell slightly – this will go down usually by the end of the day. It is suggested that if you are having an eyeliner procedure that you bring a pair of dark glasses with you (as you may look as if you have been crying).A little inconvenient but the long term results are well worth it.
